Managing invites

Create invitation codes, send them by email, and see which ones are used.

Who can do this

The super-admin area is for the studio team only — regular designers do not see it.

Creating and sending an invite

  1. Open Super-admin → Invites.

  2. Create a new invite: the platform generates the 8-character code.

  3. Enter the recipient email — the invitation email is sent through the platform with the registration link and code included.

  4. The recipient registers per Registering your account; the code stops working after use.

Tracking

The invites list shows the state of every invitation: which codes are still unused and which are taken. If an email did not arrive, a new invite can be generated for the same address.
