Accounts and authentication data are processed to provide the service you signed up for (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).
Invitation emails are sent only to addresses the studio decided to invite.
Published portfolio content is the designer’s responsibility, with studio oversight.
Analytics is cookieless; no advertising or profiling cookies are used.

Requests

Any data-subject request (access, deletion, complaints) goes to privacy@ux42.studio and is handled by the studio as described in the policy.
