Text formatting in case fields
Case text fields support a light markdown: line breaks, lists with green markers, bold and italic.

What you can use

A single new line | A line break within the paragraph. |
A blank line | A new paragraph. |
`- item` or `* item` at the start of a line | A list item with a green marker. |
`text` | Bold text. |
`text` | Italic text. |
Where it applies
All multi-line case text fields (section descriptions, before/after texts, and similar) use this formatting in both the editor and the public page. Single-line fields render as plain text.
Safety
Formatting is rendered as React elements — no raw HTML is inserted, so nothing you paste can inject markup or scripts into the page.
